2 Boneless Chicken Breast 4 Tablespoons Butter 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 Eggs 4 Slices Bacon 1/2 Red Onion 1 Tablespoon Mustard 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing 2 Tablespoons Pickle Relish Mayonnaise
Melt butter with seasoned salt and garlic powder added, then baste chicken while grilling. In skillet fry bacon. When bacon is done, chop onion and add to bacon grease. Caramelize onion (add some butter if needed) then fry eggs over-easy with onion. In a mixing bowl combine mustard, ranch and relish. Chop chicken, bacon and eggs and add to ranch mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Use mayonnaise to get chicken salad to desired consistency. Serve warm on toasted or grilled homemade bread.
