Schadenfreude Lite Tilapia with Mango Cucumber Sal

• Schadenfreude Lite • 4 Tilapia fillets • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced • ½ cucumber • ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced


For Salad: • Prepare the mango by peeling, pit and dice mango into bite chunks • Slice and cut the cucumber into bite chunks • Finley dice ½ jalapeno Cook Fish: • Baste the thawed tilapia fillets with a lite coding of Schadenfreude light • On the stove top, turn a burner on low to medium heat • Poor olive oil into a skillet • Cook the marinated tilapia fillets in the pan until it’s golden brown and flakes easily (about 3-4 minutes per side) • Once fish is done, remove from heat and add salad on up • Serve hot
